Our Story

Built from the inside out.

North Point Capital was established by professionals who have worked on both sides of the transaction — inside non-bank lending institutions and as property developers in our own right. We have reviewed thousands of credit submissions, sat in credit committee, and structured facilities across the full spectrum of development finance.

We have also experienced firsthand what it means to be a borrower: the complexity of assembling a capital stack, the pressure of timelines, and the frustration of dealing with lenders who don't understand your project. That dual perspective is something most advisors simply don't have.

It shapes the way we work. We know what lenders are looking for because we were lenders. We know what developers need because we have been developers. When we sit across the table from a credit committee, we understand the room — and we use that to your advantage.
